Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Monitor compliance with budgetary objectives in terms of balances, pricing, activity, income, and expenses, in order to timely detect deviations and propose corrective actions for the division * Evaluate the division's performance through analysis of achievements and productivity at different levels and comparisons across banking units, branches, and executives. * Develop monitoring mechanisms to focus the division staff on business activities identified as priorities. * Act as an intermediary between the Network and Performance Management by identifying discrepancies in data consolidation and supporting the correct and timely publication of corrections (clarification process). * Analyze and monitor unproductive sales within the assigned division and their impact on productivity, recurrence, and incentives as a control mechanism. * Calibrate targets provided by Performance Management based on established guidelines. * Prepare financial projections based on trends, expectations, and economic and business variables for different timeframes (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to anticipate potential budget deviations. Support the preparation of month-end closing and budget presentations. * Address reporting requests and inquiries regarding executive incentives (accounting, targets, tools) within the division, as well as provide ongoing advisory on guidelines related to target-setting processes and prepare supporting information for the Central Controller and their team regarding results evolution. * Communicate changes and/or updates in incentive programs during sub-manager, executive, and advisor committees to share commercial training * Consolidate branch expense reimbursement requests and advise the Divisional Director on R4 approvals. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Serve as an intermediary between the Network and Incentive teams to reinforce announcements and/or commercial actions deployed during the month. * Resolve all doubts or inquiries from division personnel regarding incentives.
