Serve as the first point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries regarding migration and digitalization. Identify monetary transactions that can be migrated (deposits, withdrawals, loan/credit card payments, etc.) and non-monetary transactions (PIN changes, balance inquiries, campaigns, etc.). Educate and advise customers on the use of Digital Channels, ATMs, and Agents. Identify customer issues within Digital Channels and perform basic troubleshooting protocols or escalate them through appropriate channels. Serve customers and non-customers by resolving queries within their functional scope. Be empathetic and provide continuous high-quality service, incorporating all relevant operational and customer service protocols. Verify that the digital pod is functioning correctly in their offices; otherwise, report it for proper intervention and resolution. Encourage customers visiting the office to use the digital appointment system. Act as ambassadors of the BBVA app among other colleagues in the assigned office. Deliver, activate, link, duplicate, block, and unblock credit and debit cards. Validate customer information before delivering requested products. Advise and assist customers with inquiries about their accounts and loans (transactions, balances, statements, payment schedules, closures) and/or checkbook requests. Inquire and process quick account-charged operations that do not involve cash handling. Comply with BBVA's operational and regulatory controls. Adhere to operational protocols and codes of conduct in all delegated operational duties.
