




• 17 July, 2025 **About the position** ------------------ **Mission** Contribute to the overall success of the Branch Network Department at Caja Cencosud in Peru, ensuring that specific objectives, plans, and initiatives are carried out or fulfilled in support of business strategies and goals. Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal rules, policies, and procedures. ### **What do we expect from you?** * University graduate or technical graduate, or currently pursuing studies in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields + Knowledge in Intangibles Operations + Proficient user-level Office skills + Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar positions ### **What challenges will you face?** Assist the Branch Manager and/or senior advisor in case of absence and/or schedule changes. * Carry out the sale of financial and non-financial products launched by the Commercial Management. * Execute internal procedures, guidelines, and customer service models. * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Ensure completion of the product placement cycle through formal approval by the acceptor. * Meet product placement targets and objectives. * Follow customer service protocols. * Report daily to the Branch Manager on production effectiveness. * Handle inquiries and resolve requests and complaints, registering them in the corresponding application or folder. * Interact with back-office teams. * Update customer data. * Wear the uniform correctly with the proper badge for better identification * Perform production reconciliation and record entries in control logs. * Complete daily sales force production progress trackers. * Report incidents occurring at branches and within applications. * Conduct customer recovery management. * Ensure proper customer identification, clean the fingerprint, and confirm that the person being served is the account holder * Provide excellent customer service by giving accurate responses.
