We are seeking professionals with experience in the following roles: **Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce OmniStudio**. These are full-time positions with flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or on-site) in a collaborative and innovative environment. ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions on **Salesforce** that meet business requirements. * Configure and customize **Salesforce Service Cloud** to optimize customer service (case management, forms, support processes). * Implement processes and functionalities in **Financial Services Cloud**, adapting the platform to clients' financial/insurance use cases. * Create and optimize components, scripts, and flows in **OmniStudio** to enhance user experiences across digital channels. * Integrate **Salesforce** with external systems (REST/SOAP, databases, enterprise tools), ensuring data synchronization. * Conduct testing, write technical documentation, and provide post-implementation support to ensure solution quality. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (product owners, business analysts, other developers) in agile environments. * Ensure compliance with coding standards, information security, and Salesforce best practices on every project. ***ACADEMIC LEVEL*** * *Bachelor's degree or university title (Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields).* * *Additional training in information technologies, agile methodologies, or project management will be valued.* ***PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE*** * Experience in the following Salesforce roles: o Salesforce Developer, o Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, o Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant, o Salesforce OmniStudio. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation or consulting projects, especially in one of the roles mentioned. * Demonstrated experience configuring and developing on the Salesforce platform (multi-org instances, data migration, integrations). * Participation in customer service projects (Service Cloud), financial services (Financial Services Cloud), or development of advanced components and scripts (OmniStudio). * Proven track record in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban) and knowledge of software quality best practices. ***CERTIFICATIONS*** * Salesforce Certified Administrator (desirable for all roles). * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required for Developer roles) and Platform Developer II (optional for senior roles). * Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (for Service Cloud roles). * Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (for FSC roles). * Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant (for OmniStudio roles). * Other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience, CPQ) or project management certifications (Scrum Master, PMI) will be valued. ***SKILLS*** * Technical leadership * Effective communication * Analytical ability * Proactive * Teamwork * Commitment * Goal-oriented We invite you to apply by sending your CV to the following email addresses: reclutamiento@digitalhub.pe!
