Currently, we are looking for new talent to join our team as an **Accounting Assistant** at our office located in La Victoria. **Requirements:** * Graduate or student of Accounting Technician. * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting records and systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of Concar and Sire systems (Essential). * Proficiency in RP. **Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:** * Record and validate purchases, sales, disbursements, and provisions in the systems (Concar and Sunat). * Manage and control accounting reports, tax declarations, and subsidies. * Perform comparisons, reconciliations, and verification of vouchers and balances per supplier. * Coordinate with the accountant for submission and delivery of accounting and tax information. **Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:** * Assist in recording invoices, service receipts, withholdings, and petty cash disbursements. * Document control, filing, and preparation of payment guides. * Provide support in validating vouchers, modifying sales records, and mass uploads in Concar. Also manage cancellations, coordination with treasury, and organization of accounting files.
