We are the clinic **SALUS PREVENTIVA SAC**., with 9 years in the occupational health sector, and we are currently seeking the best human talent to fill the position of: **Receptionist** with experience to work at our clinic. **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education. · Technical degree in administration or related fields. · Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in customer service. · Knowledge in health (desirable). · Call handling and time management skills. · Availability to work from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. · Intermediate level of Office software proficiency. **Responsibilities:** · Verify the proper functioning of equipment, computer systems, and environment. · Perform check-in procedures welcoming users for their occupational evaluation according to their scheduled appointment time. · Register general, employment, and biometric data of workers and/or applicants scheduled for evaluation. · Provide users with informed consent forms and obtain their signatures for acceptance or refusal. · Generate corresponding medical service orders and routing sheets, coordinating with medical departments for prioritized services. · Coordinate with the hospitality supervisor regarding worker orientation during their occupational medical evaluation.
