Position Summary: A professional who ensures the operation, order, and continuous improvement of PyM Logística’s Management Systems, leading the maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST) and ISO 9001. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the maintenance of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. 2. Administer the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. 3. Promote process-based management and continuous improvement. **What is the challenge?** Ensure the operation, order, and continuous improvement of PyM Logística’s Management Systems by leading the maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST), the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and the implementation of a process-oriented and indicator-driven management culture. This role is critical to strengthening internal control, operational standardization, and regulatory compliance across the organization. **Your impact on the organization** * Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST). * Administer the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and other management systems implemented by the company. * Promote process-based management, standardization, and continuous improvement across all departments. * Design workflow by organizing activities into lanes (responsibility-based) to ensure traceability **What we are looking for in you** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SGSST) and/or Integrated Management Systems. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Experience in internal audits, document management, and corrective action follow-up. * Advanced proficiency in business process modeling tools (BPMN). * Knowledge of process-based management and continuous improvement. * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports. * Advanced Excel skills Send CV to 953825588 Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
