Collaborate with teams using agile methodologies. **Job Description** **We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for our well-known client in the insurance industry**, to join the Software Engineering team and participate in developing scalable, high-quality technology solutions. This role involves end\-to\-end development of features, building backend services, and continuously collaborating with the team under agile methodologies—contributing technical improvements and ensuring sound development practices. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement end\-to\-end features, ensuring efficiency and scalability. * Build, optimize, and maintain APIs and backend services. * Participate in system architecture design and continuous improvement. * Actively collaborate with the team under agile methodologies to deliver continuous value. * Apply sound development practices, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and testing. * Identify technical improvement opportunities and propose efficient solutions. * Ensure proper functionality and performance of developed applications. **Technical Requirements** * Software development experience (Node.js and/or Go). * Development and consumption of REST APIs. * Knowledge of service and scalable application architecture. * Application of sound development practices (clean code, design patterns). * Experience with unit testing. * Proficiency with version control (Git). * Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL. * Basic knowledge of API security. **Compensation & Benefits** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Direct employment with the client * Career path * Performance-based bonuses * 100% EPS health insurance Salary: S/.3,700\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
