Requirements: * Valid national ID (mandatory requirement). * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge in general maintenance: electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work in Barranco. Main responsibilities: * Perform daily maintenance of common areas. * Monitor the overall condition of the building or condominium facilities. * Carry out maintenance and repair work in the areas mentioned. * Request necessary materials to perform assigned tasks. * Report daily on completed work. * Inform about any incidents or improvements identified. We offer: * Timely biweekly payments. * Daily working hours of 8 hours plus 1 hour for lunch break. * Monthly gross salary of S/ 1,500.00. * Formal employment with benefits under the Micro Enterprise regime. * Sundays and public holidays off.
