




**Logistics outsourcing company seeking top talent for the position of Human Talent Management Assistant.** **Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative profiles, issuing respective Psycholaboral Reports. * Manage labor documentation (contracts, renewals, personnel files, and updated records). * Support personnel administration (hiring, termination, attendance, vacations, benefits, among others). * Provide support in implementing and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and in using the BUK HR digital platform. * Perform general office administrative tasks, including supply control, coordination with suppliers, and general support to management. * Coordinate and monitor training programs, development initiatives, and activities related to organizational climate and employee well-being. **Requirements:** - Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR assistant roles. * Mandatory experience in: Recruitment Processes. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Office tools (Pivot Tables, Power BI). **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from Day 1. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional learning and growth. * Timely salary payments. * SCTR Insurance.
