Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology. * More than 2 years of experience managing personnel selection processes. * Experience in mass recruitment of personnel and specific positions. * Experience in recruiting administrative, technical, mid-level management, and operational staff. Responsibilities: * Carry out outreach activities for the required personnel. * Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel for various requirements. * Coordinate and assign vacancies to the assigned team.
