The institution is for children with learning difficulties, it is a personalized school, we need staff who have knowledge of: * Patience and empathy: Ability to work with diverse student populations and demonstrate understanding and compassion for individual students' needs and challenges. * Establishing and enforcing classroom rules and behavioral expectations. Managing student behavior and resolving conflicts effectively to create a positive and respectful learning environment. * Providing individualized support to students with academic or emotional difficulties. Collaborating with counselors, special education teachers, and parents to develop strategies for student success. * Working closely with other school teachers to ensure curriculum continuity and smooth student transitions between grade levels. Participating in team meetings, professional development activities, and curriculum planning. * Maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic challenges. Scheduling parent-teacher meetings and promptly responding to inquiries or concerns. * Knowledge of subject curriculum standards and best pedagogical practices. * Familiarity with educational technology and ability to integrate it into teaching. * Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
