Our leading company in the food concession market is looking for Collective Food and Hospital Diet Cooks to work in our operations located in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in institutional or collective cooking (ESSENTIAL) * Proven experience in hospital diets and/or nutrition for the elderly. * Technical degree in Cooking or Gastronomy (diploma required). * Additional courses or workshops such as Collective Feeding, Hospital Dietetics, among others. Responsibilities: * Prepare daily meals according to established menus and special diets. * Apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Follow internal protocols and procedures related to collective feeding and hospital dietetics. * Other duties assigned by supervisors.
