We are currently looking for a physical therapist in Lurín. Join the Holsalud S.A. team as a Physical Technologist, working together with the interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized, and personalized care to our patients, offering the best treatment that ensures a service meeting their specific needs. Responsibilities: Carry out the scheduling of visits by sectors. Conduct physical therapy sessions according to the established treatment plan for each patient. Evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Recommend care and interventions based on findings from the initial assessment and patient profile. Develop home exercise plans and provide guidance to family members or caregivers for proper patient management. Record and report evaluations and treatments performed on the electronic medical records platform. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Request necessary supplies for the care of assigned patients. Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: Professional degree. Valid professional license. Preferably have a motorcycle for traveling to patients' homes. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Additional certifications in respiratory therapy and speech therapy (preferred). Experience with elderly patients: preferably experience managing patients with chronic comorbidities. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Availability to work hourly shifts according to availability.
