





Respond to passengers, customers, and suppliers regarding passengers at destination. Handle emergency phone, WhatsApp, and email. Send travel books to representatives in Lima and Cusco. Sell optional tours, enter data into TP, send PayPal requests, and file reconciliation. Daily review of transfer map to monitor files. Modify files as changes occur during operations, i.e., when passengers are at destination. Record incidents in the operational incident reporting link. Schedule last-minute and unplanned services during emergency shifts. Requirements Technical or university studies in commercial aviation, tourism, and/or hospitality, or at least 6 months of experience in passenger service. Minimum of 6 months in similar positions (call center, travel agencies, operations, etc.) within service companies, hotels, or preferably in the tourism sector with direct customer interaction.
