Guarantee that all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * **Education:** Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in similar positions. * **Knowledge:** Knowledge of Labor Legislation Advanced level of Excel Desirable knowledge of the Adryan system Desirable knowledge of Power BI Essential experience in managing indicators Intermediate English proficiency **What challenges will you face?** * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s broad relationships, systems, and expertise. * Manage the internship agreement renewal process, updating the new agreement end dates in the HR payroll system according to Peruvian labor legislation and guidelines established by the Ministry of Labor. * Update the database in the Renewals and Terminations Platform according to the structure reported by the Business Partner Assistants for validation and approval of renewals and terminations by the Business Partners. * Update employee data in HR systems by requesting supporting documents, in accordance with internal policies. * Handle employee requests to manage transfers and changes of CTS account currencies, as well as update this information in the HR system and control spreadsheets. * Coordinate with L&L to update employee sanctions in HR systems for proper recording and tracking. * Address requests from L&L due to inspections and summonses conducted by the Ministry of Labor and SUNAFIL to the Scotiabank Group. * Generate study leaves and unpaid leaves according to instructions from the Business Partners and with prior approval from L&L. * Upon request from Wellbeing, send printed records of newborn registrations in HR systems, along with supporting documentation, for enrollment in health insurance (EPS). * Generate and validate employee onboarding, termination, and movement templates to report to the Colombia Operations team for implementation in the Employee Central (EC) system, ensuring accurate reflection in me@scotiabank. * Report permanent employee leaves across companies within the Scotiabank Group for registration in the Employee Central (EC) system. * Approve employee requests for certificates and letters of confirmation via the Human Resources intranet.
