Description

We are looking for a persuasive, energetic, and fluent English speaker with proven sales experience to join our team as a **Remote Cold Caller** (Sales Development Representative). This is a work\-from\-home position where you will play a key role in generating leads and driving pipeline growth. **Responsibilities:** ● Make outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads. ● Set appointments and generate opportunities for the sales team. ● Use CRM tools to log activity and keep records up to date. ● Proactively communicate with team leaders on progress. ● Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies. **Requirements:** ● 2\+ years of outbound cold calling experience (required). ● Strong sales background with proven results. ● Proficiency with CRM systems. ● Ability to work with Microsoft Suite ● Excellent communication skills and confidence in overcoming objections. ● B2B sales experience is a plus. ● Fluent English (C1 level). ● Must be based in LATAM. **What We Offer?** ●\_ **$6/hour base pay \+ $25 commission per appointment.**\_ ● Schedule: *Monday to Friday 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm PST* ● A values\-driven culture that supports collaboration. ● Opportunities for long\-term growth and learning. ● 10 Days PTO per year ● Paid US Holidays Job Type: Full\-time Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): * For this role: English is mandatory, do you have an andvanced level of English?
