We are seeking to strengthen the administrative department with a methodical, results-oriented person capable of contributing to marketing strategies related to our institutional products. **Position summary** We are looking for an **Administrative Analyst** responsible for **electronic invoicing**, preparation and follow-up of **quotations**, operational coordination between sales, production and logistics, and **support in professional marketing proposals** to boost sales and product positioning. **Main responsibilities** * Issue and record electronic invoices and receipts according to current regulations (SUNAT). * Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations for institutional clients (public and private). * Manage sales orders and coordinate scheduling with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment. * Keep client records updated (RUC, contracts, receipts, and correspondence). * Prepare periodic reports on sales, invoicing, and quotation status. * Handle customer inquiries via email and phone; record incidents and agreements. * Propose and document operational improvements in quotation and invoicing processes. * **Support in associated marketing:** collaborate in the planning and execution of commercial and marketing actions (market analysis, promotional proposals, support in commercial content, and coordination with sales/distribution channels). **Essential requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in similar roles (invoicing, quotations, and administrative tasks). * Knowledge of electronic billing (SUNAT) and experience with management platforms/ERP systems. * **Knowledge and ability to plan and support marketing actions** (basic campaigns, market analysis, support in promotional materials). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Residence or availability to work in the **Rímac District** (on-site). * Availability for the indicated work schedule. * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. **Desirable** * Experience in garment manufacturing, textile companies, or supplying institutions. * Experience in creating commercial content or coordinating with digital channels/sales. * Proficiency with CRM or quotation tracking tools. **Benefits** * Monthly salary between S/1800 and S/2,300. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment within a small and dynamic team.
