Become our next **Capacity Analyst** in **Chile or Peru**, responsible for managing the operational capacity across various operational areas (crews, technicians, etc.), ensuring adequate staffing levels for planned operations, achieving high productivity standards, and always ensuring compliance with defined standards and internal control procedures. **Ready to be a SKYER? These will be your main challenges:** * Monitor staffing levels for cockpit and cabin crews (CL and PE), as well as internal Maintenance Technicians. * Inform the recruitment team about additional hiring needs and promotions. * Develop and monitor productivity indicators related to staffing. * Monitor and control costs associated with Crews and Internal Maintenance Technicians, considering their relationship with staffing and operational needs. **To become our next Capacity Analyst, you must have the following:** * Degrees in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Control, or related fields. * 0 to 1 year of experience through internships or roles in management control, operations, statistics, or similar positions. * Advanced level in MsOffice. * Knowledge in indicator management. * Data analysis tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Capacity planning methodologies. **You'll be a UNIKO if you also have:** * Intermediate level of English. **What you’ll find here…** * A collaborative culture that enhances our individual and collective capabilities.
