




**Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Efficiency and Productivity Analyst**, whose main purpose will be to identify improvement opportunities through detailed analysis of revenues/expenses and productivity project management, focusing on optimizing value-added activities. Your work will directly contribute to facilitating strategic decision-making aimed at improving profitability, cost/income ratio, and the company's commercial productivity. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Analyze and challenge new spending needs by evaluating context, benefits, and associated costs. * Continuously assess the company's financial statements to question the drivers behind medium-term expense trends. * Collaborate with business units on productivity improvement initiatives (e.g., process redesign, portfolio optimization, benchmarking). * Prepare information/presentations for management and efficiency committees, with the possibility to present them. **Required Profile:** * Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of two (02) years of experience in similar roles, financial analysis, project management (desirable), and proposing ideas for operational and commercial efficiency optimization, preferably in the financial sector, investment banking, and/or consulting in areas such as planning, risk, finance, or strategy. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint. ***This recruitment is also open to persons with disabilities.***
