If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, this role is for you. **Your impact and responsibilities** **Accounting front** * **Validation of electronic vouchers** (issuance, cancellation, credit/debit notes, verification on SUNAT). * **SIRE / Electronic ledgers**: recording and reconciliation of **Purchases and Sales** in SIRE (SUNAT) and/or PLE. * **Monthly filings**: support with VAT, withholdings/receivables, and **monthly accounting closing**. * **Financial statements**: preparation of monthly **Balance Sheet** and **Income Statement** for review. * **Bank reconciliations**, analysis of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable, and audit support. **Commercial support** * **Billing** and coordination with sales/logistics for dispatch and **collections follow-up**. * **Quotations/proformas** and updating price lists. * Recording activities in **CRM**, reporting **KPIs** (sales, collections), and supporting campaigns. * Attention and follow-up of Leads (prospective clients) through digital channels. **Requirements** * **Technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting** (Graduate). * **6 months to 1 year** of experience in accounting areas with **SUNAT**, **SIRE/PLE**, electronic invoicing, and monthly closings. * **Intermediate Excel skills** (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) and experience with accounting software. * Basic knowledge of **IFRS** and Peruvian tax regulations. * **Organization, judgment, and ethics**; clear communication with teams and clients. **Working conditions (updated)** * **Location:** **Huánuco, Peru**. * **Modality:** **100% in-person**. * **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday**, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break). * **Contract and compensation:** Based on evaluation and market standards. **Benefits and culture** * Accounting and business mentoring, development plan, and training (SUNAT/SIRE/Excel). * Challenging environment, **continuous improvement**, and teamwork. * Real opportunity for **career progression** toward Accounting Analyst or Commercial Executive roles. **Ready to grow with Girasol.pe in Huánuco?** *Desirable:* * Years of experience with **SIRE/PLE** * Accounting system you are familiar with and have worked on. * Your level of **Excel** (e.g.: intermediate with pivot tables and reconciliations) We're waiting for you!
