Define, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals. 2\. Work closely with the IT Product Manager to align product vision into concrete requirements and deliverables for the design and development team. 3\. Detail and document User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional flows for each sprint delivery, focused on the user and business KPIs. 4\. Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, among others. 5\. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, development, QA, data, commercial, etc.) to ensure effective execution of the roadmap. 6\. Validate team deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards and expected value. 7\. Analyze product performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, abandonment rate, leads, traffic, conversions, etc., to guide future iterations. 8\. Represent the voice of the customer and the business within the agile team and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and communication. **Requirements:** Graduate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. More than 04 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar. Intermediate level English proficiency desirable, intermediate Excel skills, Power BI (desirable). Knowledge of digital transformation, Agile and/or Scrum. Platforms and strategies in Ecommerce. HubSpot, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4.
