We are proud to be the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport, as well as for the most important shopping centers and companies in Lima. **What do we ask from you?** * Final-year students or recent graduates in engineering, business administration, statistics, or related fields * Previous experience in data analysis. * Knowledge of mobility operations KPIs, cohort analysis, fleet productivity indicators, and supply-demand dynamics. * Experience using tools for dashboard automation and scheduled report generation. * Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, basic SQL (desirable). * Knowledge in developing and managing predictive models. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What we offer:** * Salary of S/ 1,800.00 * Payroll inclusion from day one with all statutory benefits. * Vive Directo benefits portfolio (agreements and discounts on our taxi service). **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at our Miraflores office, Mariscal La Mar 1120 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuous optimization of production levels among active drivers by monitoring data, detecting deviations, designing corrective actions, and generating reports to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making. * Daily review of production KPIs: trips per driver, active hours, occupancy rate, average income per hour, cancellations, no-shows, among others. * Prepare periodic reports for the Supply Manager, Management, and other internal stakeholders regarding productive performance. * Investigate factors explaining production variations: demand issues, low-occupancy zones, scheduling failures, etc. * Develop automated dashboards and real-time KPI tracking alerts (using Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.). * Work on creating predictive models for productive behavior. \*This job opportunity complies with Law N°29973, which promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities into the workforce.
