Position Description Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, according to the guidelines provided by your supervisor, in order to improve through your work both decision-making processes and project execution. They are responsible for preparing the bids that the company submits to bidding promoters, or to sellers in the case of an acquisition process. They coordinate the team within Concessions to determine the price and timeframe in which the work must be performed, among other aspects that become contractual and bind the company and its partners throughout the execution of the works until the contract ends or the asset is sold. They must immediately know all tenders released into the market within the company's field of activity and participate in selecting the competitions to bid on. Candidate Requirements Mission: Develop, organize, and evaluate bidding strategies with the objective of achieving competitive and solid economic and technical proposals that meet customer requirements and align with organizational goals. Functions:* Manage and prepare O&M technical and economic offers according to customer requirements and compliance with internal organizational processes. * Analyze tender documents: terms of reference, bidding bases, contracts, among others, identifying risks and opportunities for proposal preparation. \- Coordinate with internal areas of the organization: operations, maintenance, planning, protections, telecommunications, commercial, integrated management system, among others, to gather information for proposal deliverables \- Develop and maintain a structured and segmented database of potential suppliers, facilitating their subsequent engagement.* Collaborate in commercial activities, ensuring alignment with established objectives and requirements. * Support regular reporting on commercial action management, contributing to monitoring and optimization of implemented strategies, efficient resource management, and achievement of project objectives. * If necessary, assume technical coordination for the execution of specific services. Academic Background / Qualifications* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience between 3 and 5 years in commercial, operational (resident, technical coordinator, etc.) and/or contract administration roles.
