Currently, we are looking for a Risk Analyst / Consumer Banking **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Promote compliance with risk management policies, processes, and methodologies. * Analyze, evaluate, and resolve credit applications submitted by the Commercial department according to respective autonomy levels, identifying risk factors and how to mitigate them. * Monitor credit risk and ensure its maintenance within the institution's tolerance level. * Prepare reports and indicators on Risk metrics. * Review, advise, and propose improvements to policies, procedures, and methodologies to optimize comprehensive risk management, leading work teams. * Develop and drive action plans for early identification and prevention of credit risk. **What do we require from you?** * Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. * Minimum of 2 years of experience performing similar duties, particularly in Consumer Loans through agreements with various Peruvian government entities. * Advanced level in Excel. * Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL. **What do we offer?** * Full payroll with all statutory benefits * Transportation allowance * 70% EPS coverage provided by the company (starting from the 6th month of employment) Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in the financial sector?
