(PE02\) Location: Central Office Our company **COSAPI (P001\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **SENIOR PROPOSAL ANALYST** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Coordinate the proposal preparation process, facilitating timely delivery to the client within established deadlines. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Elaborate budget deliverables (WBS, Execution Strategy, Organizational Chart, SPO+ spreadsheet, Indirect Costs and Evaluation of Temporary Works, Construction Schedule, unit price analysis, labor and component spreadsheet, and valued schedule). * Review measurement data and work volumes in proposals. * Request quotations for materials, equipment, subcontractors and evaluate them. * Quantify risks and perform risk assessment. * Prepare documents to be submitted to the client, including commercial and technical exceptions and qualifications. * Support, negotiate and respond to client inquiries. * Participate in closing the proposal, including physical and electronic files. **Requirements** -------------- * Five years of experience as a Proposal Analyst. * Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Primavera. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Basic-level AutoCAD skills. * Immediate availability to work in Lima from Monday to Friday.
