




**Wildlife Flora Specialist Biologist** INGEM is a company specialized in environmental consulting, occupational health and safety services, with experience in the mining, energy, and industrial sectors. Our approach is based on operational excellence, technical innovation, and commitment to sustainable development. **Position Objective:** Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper biodiversity management within mining projects, with emphasis on rescue, translocation, and conservation of wild flora. **Minimum Requirements:** * Graduate professional with valid license in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Forestry Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in flora and fauna. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mining projects. * Proven experience in wild flora rescue and relocation activities, supported by official documentation. * Knowledge of current environmental regulations related to mining and biodiversity. * Proficiency in environmental monitoring tools and preparation of technical reports. **Knowledge:** * Identification of wild flora (high-Andean, Amazonian, or others depending on work area). * Techniques for rescue, translocation, and relocation of wild flora. * Management of temporary nurseries and vegetative propagation techniques. * Preparation of technical reports and environmental monitoring reports. * Applicable Peruvian environmental regulations related to biodiversity and mining (MINAM, SERFOR). * Use of GPS and georeferencing tools (QGIS or others). * Knowledge of environmental management plans and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA, DIA, ITS). * Safety protocols in mining operations. * Basic knowledge of wildlife species associated with ecosystems (to identify basic interactions **Main Functions:** * Execute and supervise rescue, translocation, and relocation activities of wild flora in mining intervention zones. * Prepare technical reports on flora rescue and conservation actions. * Coordinate with the environmental team and competent authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. * Participate in the implementation of environmental management programs at the mining project. **Competencies:** * Professional responsibility and ethics. * Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams. * Effective communication and technical writing skills. * Results-oriented and committed to regulatory compliance. **Other Requirements** * Education: Master's degree (desirable) * Driver's license: A\-I, A\-II\-A (desirable) * Availability to travel * Professional experience: 3\-5 years Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 \- S/.4,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Tell us about an experience in which you participated in wild flora rescue and relocation activities within a mining project.
