Requirements: \- Technical studies in computing and/or administration. \- Minimum of 06 months of experience in similar positions. \- Reside in Santa Anita or surrounding areas. \- Teamwork skills and empathy. Functions: \- Carry out the "Unit Monitoring" procedure for clients. \- Inform clients about trip tracking. \- Maintain constant communication with drivers to start their service. \- Report and participate in the investigation of accidents and/or incidents. \- Generate reports on driver speeds and driving behavior. \- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
