**CONTROL CENTER OPERATOR** **Job Description** **At Mida Security S.A.C we are looking for a Control Center Operator who meets the following requirements:** * Studies in computing and informatics, Administration, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, Transportation Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months proven experience in the position. (essential) * Strong oral and written communication skills. (Constant communication with end clients). * Ability to prepare reports and documentation. * Experience in camera monitoring. * Personnel supervision. * Experience in GPS tracking (Desirable). * Availability to work in the area of Oscar Raul Benavides, San Luis, Lima. * Availability to work the **DAY SHIFT** from **07:00 to 19:00 hours, Monday through Saturday.** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control through the GPS platform. * Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal/external clients. * Monitor and report operational units in real time. * Review and verify daily reports. * Ability to quickly and accurately identify and resolve critical issues. * Prompt response to emergency situations such as panic alarms/robberies/incidents and communication with the Client and police (phone/email/messages). * Incident reporting and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Personal and professional growth, career path. * Competitive salary. * Stability and positive work environment. **Competencies:** * High level of commitment. * Proactivity. * Teamwork.
