At Mida Security S.A.C, we are currently seeking a fleet monitoring assistant who meets the following requirements: Studies in computing and informatics, administration, business engineering, systems engineering, transportation engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 6 months proven experience in the position. (Essential) Strong oral and written communication skills. (Constant communication with end clients). Ability to prepare reports and documentation. Experience in GPS tracking (Desirable). Availability to work in San Luis. Intermediate to advanced level in Excel. Availability to work both NIGHT AND DAY SHIFTS. Responsibilities: Monitor and control fleet operations through the GPS platform. Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal/external clients. Monitor and report on operational units in real time. Review and verify daily reports. Ability to quickly and accurately identify and resolve critical issues. Respond promptly to emergency situations such as panic alarms, robberies, incidents, and communicate with clients and police (via phone, email, messages). Report incidents and ability to work under pressure.
