Position Mission Ensure **real-time traceability** of units by managing **alerts** (speeding, deviations, stops, geofences) and **incident response** to guarantee **safe and on-time deliveries** to customers. Responsibilities * Monitor fleet in real time via **GPS platform** / **DRIVIN** and report key milestones (departure, arrival, loading, unloading). * Manage **alerts**: speeding, route deviations, unscheduled stops, door openings, GPS disconnections, etc. * Activate **response protocols**: contact driver, control center, security, and customer; escalate incidents. * Verify **route compliance and time windows**; support **rescheduling** and operational changes. * Update dashboards and **daily KPIs**: % trips with tracking, punctuality, ramp times, alerts handled, incident closures. * Generate **reports** (daily/weekly) and evidence (POD, photos, logs). * Coordinate with **Operations/SSOMA** on road safety matters (PPE, speed limits, risk zones). Requirements * **Technical** or undergraduate student in **Logistics**, **Transportation**, **Industrial Engineering**, **Systems**, or related fields. * **Minimum 6–12 months of experience** in fleet/GPS monitoring, traffic, or control room operations (preferred). * Intermediate **Excel skills** (filters, tables, basic functions) and **Google Sheets**. * Ability to read routes/provinces (preferred). * **Effective communication** and **safety-oriented mindset**. * Must reside in Lurin or nearby areas.
