We are currently seeking a **GPS Monitoring Operator**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Track units in transit nationwide via GPS and phone. 2. Manage service scheduling, optimizing resources according to customer requirements through customer service executives. 3. Record and assign services in the Felogi system for control and inquiries. 4. Verify that field personnel confirm their service assignments in the Felogi system. 5. Report unplanned stops, unauthorized route deviations, and incidents on route. 6. Generate and analyze management reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to detect process deviations and anomalies. **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Computing, Industrial Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of 1 year in similar roles such as operations assistant, monitoring assistant, distribution, courier, or fleet management. * Desired experience in tracking and supervising fleet personnel in logistics, transportation, or service companies. * Experience using GPS platforms. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of Lima routes, travel paths, and distances. * Familiarity with ERP Logistics systems and traffic monitoring tools. * Technical knowledge of distribution systems and supply chain logistics. * Intermediate level in Excel. **COMPETENCIES:** * Adaptability. * Organization. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving skills. * Communication. * Analytical skills.
