REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate technician or university professional in International Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role of Import Assistant (mandatory). * Advanced level of English (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in monitoring international suppliers throughout the import process and service provision. * Support in reviewing import requirements and verifying documents related to the process. * Coordinate with the freight agency the international transportation of products. * Manage communication with the corresponding customs agency. * Handle coordination of claims to suppliers for missing or damaged products. * Supervise that the Warehouse department submits relevant reports on imports. * Collaborate in the cargo nationalization process. * Keep the Cargo Inbound and Outbound Information System (SIEK) updated. * Support in reviewing pending orders (back orders). * Archive reports, quotations, credit notes, and other documents related to shipments. * Provide timely and relevant information to the respective departments regarding the status of imports.
