**Position Description:** A leading company in the mining industry is seeking top talent for the position of **SHIFT SUPERVISOR – PLANT** who meets the following requirements: **\*REQUIREMENTS: \*** * Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering or related fields. * Specialist in Gold Metallurgy * 03 years of experience (Desirable) * Knowledge of gold mineral processing: Crushing, grinding, leaching, CIP, Merrill Crowe, Desorption, Smelting and Tailings. * Knowledge of Metallurgical Balances. * Experience in conducting Metallurgical Tests. * Availability to work in **Chala, Arequipa.** **\*RESPONSIBILITIES:\*** * Ore reception: Weighing, sampling and monitoring reports. * Verify proper sampling at each process stage: Crushing, Grinding, Leaching, CIP, Thickening, Merrill Crowe, Desorption, Smelting and Tailings. * Monitor efficient operation of the Crushing, Grinding, Agitation, CIP, Thickening, Merrill Crowe, Desorption, Smelting and Tailings areas. * Ensure normal operation of all plant equipment: Crushing, Grinding, Agitation, CIP, Thickeners, Merrill Crowe, Desorption, Smelting and Tailings. * Evaluate the performance of operators across different plant areas. * Ensure safety of personnel under supervision by identifying hazards and minimizing risks. * Report operating conditions and incidents during the shift. * Be responsible for personal safety and coworkers' safety by following procedures, standards and safe work practices. * Report operating conditions and incidents during the shift. \*What **DO WE OFFER? \*** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Transportation, meals and Camp accommodation * Atypical 14\*7 work schedule Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site
