Position Objective Ensure proper planning, coordination, and execution of local transportation, guaranteeing compliance with logistical and port operational procedures, real-time tracking of vehicles en route, and efficient management of required procedures for driver and vehicle entry and exit at the Port of Callao and extraportuary warehouses. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and coordinate gate out, gate in operations, and export shipment scheduling for both internal group shipments and third-party services. * Schedule container pickup and return appointments, and coordinate delivery of memos and other necessary documents according to operational requirements. * Coordinate with GPS team to monitor vehicle locations in real time, respond to unexpected incidents, and re-route as necessary. * Conduct operational monitoring and control of vehicles in coordination with various company departments (operations, traffic, safety, maintenance, among others). * Validate and manage training courses, access passes, and documentation through port portals to ensure driver and vehicle access authorization. * Plan and coordinate daily local transportation routes, optimizing time and resources. * Manage documentation including booking confirmations (BK), memos, shipper and carrier waybills, and control all operation-specific documentation for import and export processes. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, port protocols, and internal procedures. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in local transport coordination, port operations, or logistics. * Familiarity with GPS monitoring systems and port management portals (Callao or others). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and digital operational control tools. * Strong organizational, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
