





**Requirements:** Permanently monitor units on route through the GPS system, controlling location, speed, and route deviations. Verify the departure and arrival of units at loading and unloading points, reporting delays or unforeseen events. Handle and record incidents on route (breakdowns, accidents, medical emergencies, road blockages, etc.). Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide operational support and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Review and consolidate mileage reports, fuel consumption, and travel times. Immediately report any risk situations (cargo theft, driver misconduct, loss of communication, etc.). Assist in route optimization by proposing safer alternatives. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and internal road safety policies for drivers. Safeguard confidential information regarding routes, cargo, and clients. Coordinate with the security department to activate emergency protocols when necessary. Ensure proper completion of control records (checklists, monitoring logs). The monitor must maintain constant communication with the client, reporting the unit's status and immediately notifying any abnormal event occurring during transit. Likewise, they are obligated to report in real time whenever the unit changes status, ensuring complete service traceability. The monitor must collect documentation and/or supplies related to the service at the client's base. Subsequently, they must deliver them to the respective drivers, previously verifying that all documentation is complete and correct.
