We are proud to contribute to a friendlier, safer, and more respectful city. **What do we require?** * Experience as a monitor and/or dispatcher in transportation, logistics, distribution, or related fields. * Proficiency with operating systems or GPS platforms. * Excellent customer service. * Knowledge of areas in Lima and route orientation. * Proficiency in Excel (filters, pivot tables, and data entry). * Availability to work in Callao (New Airport) \- 6 days per week **We offer:** * Gross salary of S/1800 \+ night shift bonus (prorated) * Immediate payroll inclusion from day one with all legal benefits. * Vive Directo benefits (agreements and discounts on our taxi service). **Available shift:** * Rotating **Responsibilities:** * Provide kind, empathetic attention and support to drivers before, during, or after service, with effective communication. * Register and monitor taxi services on GPS platforms. * Plan, assign, and coordinate routes for units. * Update user and driver information. * Record and report service incidents. * Prepare daily/weekly reports in Excel. * Monitor and coordinate scheduling and dispatching of units for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as visit workshops to supervise and monitor repair work.
