We are looking for staff for our Callao location, for the position of **GPS MONITOR**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in monitoring **heavy cargo transportation or related field.** * GPS handling (sending reports every 30 minutes) * Knowledge of emergency communication protocols such as accidents, thefts, or other incidents. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles involving unit monitoring. * Young graduates from technical institutes (Major: Computing and Information Technology) * Intermediate level Excel skills * Familiarity with streets and routes (not essential). * Availability to work morning and night shifts. * Good writing skills. * Availability to work night shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inform clients about any incidents * Continuously monitor the fleet, reporting stops, deviations, or other observations during transportation services * Send status updates of transportation services to external and internal clients * Generate real-time tracking links * Record hours in the time control system * Provide support to drivers experiencing issues during service * Maintain incident records * Generate GPS route reports when required to verify service compliance * Perform other duties assigned by management. **BENEFITS:** * Be part of a solid and reliable company. * Professional growth. * Opportunity for career advancement * Pleasant work environment. **APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR TEAM!** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site position
