**JR TELECOM** is a Peruvian company with over 30 years in the market, leading the northern region, currently seeking highly qualified personnel for the position of **NOC OPERATOR** at our **LOS OLIVOS** location with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical program in Systems or a university degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in NOC Operations, networks, FTTH, and optical fiber. * Solid knowledge in Networking, with experience in Cisco and Mikrotik equipment. * Knowledge and experience with FiberHome and ZTE OLTs (management, provisioning, and monitoring). * Desired knowledge in routing protocols, VLANs, QoS, and network security. * Availability for on-site work at our Los Olivos location. **Responsibilities:** * Execute activations, suspensions, and cancellations of Internet and CATV services. * **Perform testing and troubleshooting using OSI and TCP/IP reference models.** * Monitor, manage, and ensure the availability of telecommunications networks. * **Configure and manage access and transport equipment (FiberHome OLT, ZTE OLT, switches, routers).** * Handle and manage support calls, tickets, and messages, resolving configuration requests or incidents reported by customers. * **Document procedures, incidents, and solutions applied in assigned management tools.Working Hours:** * 48 working hours per week * Monday to Saturday **Benefits:** * Full payroll with all statutory benefits (bonuses, vacation, CTS, profits, family allowance). * Fixed salary * Bi-weekly payments * Career advancement opportunities * You can send your CV to 963 701 787 \- 926919915 Join our great family!!
