Leading company specialized in the logistics and distribution sector. We are currently seeking an **Operations Assistant** to join our team. The main objective of this position is to ensure efficient transport management, provide timely responses during service delivery, and guarantee customer satisfaction through a service-oriented culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain constant and effective communication with internal clients, drivers, and the transportation team, ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and conditions. * Manage confirmation and tracking of sales orders by calling drivers and monitoring via GPS. * Use the delivery management platform to ensure shipment traceability and compliance. * Track and settle product and asset waybills at the plant. * Prepare shipping documents according to internal requirements. * Report and follow up on returns to the plant. * Generate operational reports for control and continuous improvement. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to operations. **Requirements** * Graduate or technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in transportation and distribution**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (**advanced desirable**). * Knowledge of logistics management, delivery traceability, and document control (desirable). * Skills: effective communication, proactivity, customer orientation, teamwork ability, flexibility, and positive attitude. * Preferably residing in areas near HUACHIPA. **Working Conditions** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts. * Shift 1: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm * Shift 2: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm * Contract type: As per current labor law.
