We are a Peruvian company **GRUPO REQUENA** dedicated to the marketing and distribution of Mass Consumption products in the pulses and cereals category, offering the following vacancy: **POSITION: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** Requirements: \* Graduates, technical or university professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \* One year of work experience in the position. \* Knowledge in warehouse management, inventory, transportation, and distribution, including route and cost optimization. \* Intermediate Excel skills; dynamic, communicative, productive, problem-solving abilities. \* Proficiency in Power Pivot, Power Query (Excel), Power BI, and Google My Maps. \* Reside in districts adjacent to **SANTA ANITA** (preferred). Responsibilities: * Support the distribution team (drivers, delivery assistants, cashiers). * Assist in supervision and control of loading for delivery units. * Provide support across company units. * Assist in daily delivery scheduling. * Prepare expense projections (loading, tolls, parking, gasoline, etc.). * Generate distribution operation KPIs. * Update route links for monitoring purposes. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
