**Functions:** · Manage and coordinate maritime, air, and courier operations with NVOCCs, shipping lines, and agents. · Monitor shipments, perform tracking, and keep clients informed. · Review documentation, arrival notices, and coordinate releases with suppliers. · Manage payments, settlements, and transmission to customs (SUNAT). · Close files (costs/sales) and prepare operational control reports. · Supervise compliance with procedures, resolve incidents, and optimize resources. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Logistics and Transportation, International Business, or related fields. · Desirable minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations within freight agencies. · Advanced proficiency in Office software. · Experience in performance indicator (KPI) management.
