Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **'Fleet Monitoring Supervisor'** at our **24/7 Monitoring Center** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the activities of the monitoring team, ensuring continuity and efficiency of the monitoring service. * Ensure that control center personnel follow response protocols in incidents, emergencies, and operational deviations. * Validate the proper functioning of telematics systems, GPS, and other technologies used in monitoring. * Manage and escalate technical or security incidents to the appropriate departments. * Supervise the correct identification and classification of critical events such as speeding, harsh braking, and route deviations. * Generate and validate operational reports with key metrics on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and operational safety. * Implement predictive analysis to detect risk patterns and improve decision-making. * Establish data management optimization strategies to enhance monitoring efficiency. * Design and implement training programs for monitors on the use of telematics tools, response protocols, and data analysis. * Evaluate the performance of control center staff and propose improvement and professional development plans. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the monitoring team. * Design and update control center operating procedures, ensuring alignment with internal policies and safety regulations. * Regularly audit protocol compliance and alert management quality. * Guarantee the confidentiality and security of information handled at the monitoring center. * Serve as a liaison between the control center and operations, maintenance, and safety departments. * Coordinate client meetings for presenting reports and fleet performance analysis. * Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction regarding monitoring services. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Degree in Transportation Engineering, Mining, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of GPS and telematics monitoring platforms. * Data analysis and report generation using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Big Data software. * Knowledge of safety and emergency response protocols in transportation. * Road safety regulations and transportation/mining industry regulations. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring centers, fleet management, or telematics. * Experience leading teams and operational coordination. * Skills: **Work Location:** El Agustino **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you currently studying?
