We are currently looking for talents for the position of JUNIOR TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER MANAGEMENT ANALYST to ensure efficient and compliant performance of providers through analysis, control, and continuous process improvement, aligning them with the company's quality, service, and efficiency objectives. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Logistics Management, Administration, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions (services) within transportation and shipping sectors. * Intermediate level Excel skills. * Desired experience with logistics ERP systems. * Desired knowledge of GPS applications. * Desired supplier management experience. * Desired supplier homologation experience. * Availability to work in Breña. * Ability to manage indicators. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Validate, suggest, and/or modify supplier evaluation criteria and homologation processes aligned with company objectives and technical requirements. * Supervise and validate compliance with lead times and logistical conditions offered by suppliers. * Request evidence of any incidents that may occur during service, requesting action plans if necessary. * Consolidate, analyze, and present executive reports on provider service effectiveness, focusing on strategic decision-making for providers, involved service departments, and their respective management. * Organize meetings to present performance indicators to corresponding providers. * Design and optimize strategies for monitoring and evaluating provider performance, ensuring compliance with established service levels. * Provide technical and analytical support during selection processes for new providers, including cost, risk, and operational capacity analysis.
