On behalf of our client, we are looking for the best talent for the position of Transportation Monitoring Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate with a technical degree in Logistics, Statistics, Administration or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate Excel skills. Responsibilities: **Closely monitor transportation services, identifying discrepancies compared to planned operations.** Track passengers and real-time updates, generating alerts for deviations in key indicators such as NCNS, costs, travelers, attendance, unit cost, and vehicle occupancy to improve utilization of available vehicles. **Develop action plans to improve defined indicators, documenting each implemented action in monitoring templates.** Ensure the Transportation Analyst receives relevant real-time information (basic concepts) promptly. **Communicate daily reports to the requester, sent according to the agreed frequency.** Continuously audit attendance of scheduled vehicles, ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet demand. **Report any accidents or incidents occurring during transportation service execution to the Transportation Analyst and WFM Manager.** Deprovision users from applications in cases of LOA, termination, or inappropriate application usage. **Ensure that reservations and created profiles comply with the time policies for transportation requests.** Maintain constant communication with the provider to guarantee correct and timely service delivery. **Issue vouchers according to operational requests and corresponding approvals.** BENEFITS: **Full-time payroll inclusion** Competitive market salary **Hybrid work model.** Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site job
