




**Position Objective** Plan, organize, and control the administrative, accounting, and logistical resources of the construction company, ensuring compliance with internal policies, efficient use of resources, and adequate support for project and site operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the **accounting, treasury, logistics, and human resources** departments. * Control cash flow, payments, collections, and relationships with banks. * Prepare and present **financial and management reports** to Management. * Coordinate administrative management of **ongoing projects** (contracts, payroll, purchases, expense reporting). * Supervise proper application of labor and tax regulations (civil construction regime and general regime). * Administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with deadlines and conditions. * Optimize administrative processes and propose internal control improvements. * Support in budget preparation and monitoring of the annual investment plan. **Requirements** * Degree in **Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in administration, preferably in construction companies or related sectors. * Solid knowledge in: ✔ Basic accounting and finance. ✔ Labor and tax regulations. ✔ Payroll processing and PDT Plame (Civil Construction and General Regime). ✔ Procurement, contracting, and warehouse control processes. * Advanced skills in **Excel and administrative systems**. * Competencies: **leadership, organization, effective communication, decision-making, teamwork, and results orientation**. **Desirable** * Courses or certifications in financial management, taxation, or project administration. * Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes.
