At LEASY, a company that provides vehicle financing, we are looking for a professional with experience in COLLECTIONS to take on the role of: **Collections Executive** **Position objective:** Manage ordinary and coercive collection processes, maintaining the company's accounting practices and policies. **Functions** * Follow up on pending installments and make collection calls to the customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Negotiate payment solutions, such as installment plans and refinancing, in accordance with company policies. * Manage payment recording and update customer databases. * Carry out the new customer welcome call protocol, providing a clear explanation of payment terms and policies. **Requirements** * University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions is desirable. * Experience contacting or negotiating with customers. * Intermediate to advanced Office skills. * Competencies: Organizational ability, orderliness, transparency, teamwork, good communication, customer orientation, negotiation skills.
