DESCRIPTION * Identify and contact new prospects with potential to invest in the commodity exchange. * Maintain constant and strategic communication with current clients, ensuring their retention and understanding their financial needs. * Present Eurocapital's products and services clearly and persuasively, adapting to each client's needs. * Evaluate our strategies to generate client loyalty within your client portfolio or periodically assess service quality and propose customer retention strategies. * Confirm work routes and client meetings with supervisors or prepare weekly schedules for client visits and new prospects. * Conduct detailed follow-up of client transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all procedures are fulfilled. * Review and keep updated the financial and legal documentation of the client portfolio. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields * At least 1 year of experience in commercial areas * Advanced Excel skills * Intermediate English - Desirable
