Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Analyze and monitor SME segments for scheduled closing periods * Perform a detailed evaluation of quantitative and qualitative variations in billing, balances, rates, interest margins, and other required financial indicators * Conduct comparisons, monitoring, and identification of alerts against budget based on defined parameters * Prepare monthly projections of billing, balances, and interest margins for SME products * Prepare Rolling Forecast and scenario projections for billing, balances, and interest margins for SME products * Prepare the budget for billing, balances, and interest margins of SME products * Develop high-impact presentations for Top Management * Propose and work on continuous improvement within their respective area of responsibility * Respond to internal audit and internal control requirements * Perform other duties assigned by their manager and drive continuous improvement of the role Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields * 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis * Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, or Business Management Control areas (valued) * Knowledge of SMEs (valued) * Experience in financial data analysis * Database management skills * Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or Python (intermediate level) Soft skills: critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, analytical ability * **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
