Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (not mandatory). * Experience in **price analysis**. * Research skills to **identify new investment opportunities and close deals**, such as judicial auctions (properties, vehicles, and related assets). * Proficiency in Excel, financial projections, and reporting. * Preferably, experience in managing institutional-level purchases of movable assets (automobiles) and immovable assets (houses, land, etc.). Responsibilities: * Analyze, research, and manage investment closing opportunities, including judicial auctions, vehicle acquisitions, properties, and related assets. * Close purchase deals for new investment opportunities with profitable margins for the company. * Analyze financial projections for new investment opportunities. * Generate financial reports. * Assist with administrative tasks. * Support in creating marketing content.
